Install on a Bellevue College Computer (Windows)

1. Click on start menu, click on All

2. Open Adobe Creative Cloud.

3. If prompted, sign in using your Bellevue College email and password.

4. In the Creative Cloud apps:

   • Locate Adobe Acrobat in the list of available apps in the left hand navigation pane

   • Click Install.

5. Once installation completes, launch Adobe Acrobat from:

   • The Creative Cloud app, or

   • The Start Menu.

Install on a Personal Device (Windows or Mac)

1. Open a web browser.

2. Go to:
   https://creativecloud.adobe.com

3. Select Sign In.

4. Enter your Bellevue College email address.

5. When prompted, select Company or School Account.

6. Enter your Bellevue College password.

   • You may be prompted to authenticate more than once.

7. After successfully signing in:

8. Click on Creative Cloud apps in the left hand navigation pane:

   • Locate Adobe Acrobat in the list of available apps 

   • Click Install.

9. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

Troubleshooting

• Verify you are using your correct Bellevue College email address.

• Make sure you select Company or School Account (not Personal Account).

• Try a different browser or clear your browser cache if sign-in fails.

• Restart your computer and attempt the installation again if needed.

• If the issue persists, contact the IT Service Desk

• If using Google Chrome and an Adobe pop-up comes up to install an Adobe add-in make sure to decline
