Add Contacts and Related Links to MyBC Site

Summary

Make sure your site administrator(s) are listed as Key Contacts, and you link to any Related Links, such as your public Bellevue College website.

How To: Add Contacts and Related Links

1. Click the Gear icon on the right side of the administration bar at the top of the screen
2. Click Site contents
3. Note: Prior to adding an image for a Contact, you will need to copy the URL for the location of the image   
4. It doesn't matter whether you are in Classic View or the New View, Contacts or Related links will be visible as an icon or in a list
5. Click Contacts to add or edit Contacts, or Related Links to add or edit Related links.
6. Adding an image for Contacts in New View requires you to choose "People with existing access" 
7. Adding an image in Classice View just requires adding the URL for the image
8. Fill out necessary information, and save
