Wireless Network at Bellevue College

There are 2 wireless options to use at Bellevue College. The wireless at Bellevue College supports 802.11 A,G, or N

  1. BC -unsecured   Available to anyone including guests
  2. eduroam -secured  Available to all faculty, staff, and students. Not available to guests

How to: Connect to BC wireless -unsecured

  1. Open the wireless settings on your device
  2. Select the broadcasted BC SSID 
  3. Open a web browser on the connected device and surf to any web site. Example: www.google.com 
  4. You will then be prompted with a terms of service page
  5. If you choose to agree, you will be able to navigate to any other website

How to: Connect to eduroam secured wireless for faculty, staff and students

  1. Open the wireless settings on your device
  2. Select the eduroam SSID
  3. Type your Username: username@bellevuecollege.edu
  4. Type your Password: Bellevue College password
  5. If prompted to accept a server certificate from minder1.bellevuecollege.edu, click on the Continue button
  6. You should now be connected to eduroam
