Summary
When you are invited to a meeting using Microsoft Teams, the organizer will send you a meeting invitation with the details on the meeting. They will provide a link for you to join the meeting. If you are unable to connect with the link, you can also call-in to the meeting. If you do not see a phone number to call, you will need to reach out to the meeting organizer for more information.
How to:
- Open the meeting details
- Scroll until you see the "Join Microsoft Teams Meeting"
- Dial the phone number (employees may need to enter their scan code)
- If you don't have the meeting details, the number should be: +1 206-899-2345 United States, Seattle (Toll)
- You will hear a welcome message
- You will be prompted to enter the conference ID and then press pound #
- You will be asked if you are the meeting organizer
