An IT security incident reporting service request is a formal notification to the IT department regarding a perceived security breach, vulnerability, or unauthorized access. It includes details about the incident, its impact, and any immediate actions taken, allowing the IT team to investigate, contain, and resolve the issue to prevent further harm or data loss.

If your account has been compromised and you cannot authenticate to submit a request, please email servicedesk@bellevuecollege.edu with the following information:

  • Name
  • Brief description of the incident
  • Personal contact information (i.e phone number, personal email like a Gmail or Yahoo account)
