How To: Use a Podium

Summary

There are approximately 6 different Podium setups that you may encounter across campus. While the interface will vary slightly, the concepts of how to use the different setups will be very similar. ITS, in conjunction with the DMA 255 class, have created an instructional video on how to use the two most common podium setups across campus.

Notes:

  • If it is your first time in a new classroom, we always recommend arriving early to ensure that the setup is working as expected
  • After reviewing the below information, if you need additional assistance a one-on-one session can be arranged with at least 3 business days notice
  • Please review the video
  • 25Live will contain a list of all of the classrooms and what type of technology is in each classroom
  • Please do not change the setup in any classroom or meeting room. If you change the setup, it could cause problems for the next instructor.

Instructional Video

This video was produced as a project by the DMA 255 Video 1 students in the Digital Media Arts program at Bellevue College.
